Know yourself. Trust yourself. Live on purpose.

I believe that one of the most powerful things we can do is understand ourselves—who we are, what we value, what we want, what belongs to us, and what doesn’t.

That kind of self-awareness gives us choices.

It helps us recognize the difference between what we can control, what we can influence, and what simply isn’t ours to carry. It allows us to set meaningful boundaries, communicate more clearly, build healthier relationships, and make decisions that reflect who we actually are.

And it gives us the freedom to grow without believing that who we are right now is somehow inadequate.

The work I do

I’m a Certified NLP Practitioner and Life & Success Coach, currently completing my NLP Master Practitioner training. I use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Parts Work, and thoughtful conversation to help people become more aware of the patterns influencing the way they think, feel, communicate, and make decisions.

I’m fascinated by the things we do automatically—the beliefs we rarely question, the stories we tell ourselves, the meanings we give our experiences, and the different parts of us that sometimes seem to want completely different things.

When we become aware of those patterns, we have more choice about what happens next.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what decisions to make. I want to help you understand yourself well enough that you can make those decisions.

What matters to me

I am deeply empathetic and care deeply about people, animals, and the world we share. I’m spiritual, and I believe spirituality is expressed in how we treat one another and how we show up in the world.

Family and relationships matter enormously to me. So do honesty, responsibility, compassion, curiosity, growth, and personal agency.

I believe loving yourself means offering yourself the same consideration, compassion, honesty, and care that you would offer someone you deeply love. The better we learn to care for ourselves, the greater our capacity to genuinely be there for other people.

And sometimes caring about someone means being willing to tell the truth with love.

That philosophy is very much a part of how I coach.

Relationships begin with knowing yourself

I’m especially passionate about helping people understand themselves before making major relationship decisions.

What are your values?

Who are you?

What do you want your life to look like?

What matters enough to you that you aren’t willing to give it up?

What do you need in a relationship—and what are you able and willing to give?

I don’t believe anyone needs to “settle.” I do believe people can genuinely care about one another and still be incompatible.

Relationships can also be extraordinary opportunities for self-discovery. They can show us what we value, what we need, what hurts, what still needs healing, what brings us joy, and who we are becoming.

To me, the measure of a relationship isn’t simply whether two people manage to stay together. It is whether they can support one another, learn from one another, and create space for each person to become more fully themselves.

Responsibility, boundaries, and personal power

One of the ideas at the heart of my work is surprisingly simple:

Take responsibility for what is yours, and allow other people to take responsibility for what is theirs.

You can control your choices, your words, your actions, your behavior, and the perspective you choose to bring to a situation.

You can influence another person by listening, seeking to understand them, communicating clearly, and approaching them with compassion.

But you cannot control their response.

Understanding that distinction can be incredibly freeing.

It also changes the way we think about boundaries. A boundary is about what I will or will not do. When I tell another person what they must do, I’ve moved outside the realm of my own control. I can make a request. I can communicate the impact their choices have on me. And then I can decide what I will do with their answer.

That is agency.

More awareness. More agency. More choice.

Ultimately, that is what I want for the people I work with.

More awareness of what is happening inside you.

More understanding of why you think, feel, and respond the way you do.

More clarity about your values and what you want your life to look like.

More compassion for yourself and others.

And more ability to choose how you want to move forward.

You don’t need me to give you the answers to your life.

I want to help you become better at hearing your own.

Live with clarity.
Live with intention.
Live on purpose.
